A note from your hosts to prepare you for your visit !
We are absolutely thrilled to have you in NYC in just a few days! As the big party approaches, we wanted to send a quick note with a few reminders to make your visit as smooth as possible.
First and foremost, we know how far some are traveling to come here. Please know that your presence means the world to us!
Also do not hesitate to text (or WhatsApp) Cody (+1 925.784.4006) or Sarrah (+1 312.208.8670) with any questions at all leading up to and during the wedding weekend.
Welcome Party - May 23rd
Bacan - 79 Grand St, Brooklyn NY 11249
6pm-late
We’d love to welcome you the day before the wedding for food, libations, and maybe even a few toasts! Stop by for some delicious Italian bites, specially selected Italian wines, and cold Peronis.
Dress code: Cocktail
THE WEDDING - May 24th
Fandi Mata - 74 Bayard St, Brooklyn NY, 11222
6pm-12am
The ceremony will be starting no later than 6:30pm on Friday, May 24th.
Please aim to arrive as early as 6pm to get settled before we start a short ceremony. The wedding ends at midnight.
A few notes for the wedding night:
- We know the party is going late! We’d love to have each of you dancing with us until the end, but we promise not to judge any early departures (or Irish goodbyes either, because as some of you may know, we’re big fans of that move ourselves)
-Seating! There is no assigned seating at our wedding! It may sound crazy, but we encourage you to explore the nooks and crannies of the gorgeous space (hint: don’t miss the upstairs speakeasy 👀) and make new connections and friends. Sit next to someone you don’t know, mingle, and adventure! There will be enough seating for all guests.
- A coat/bag check will be open all night if you are looking to leave anything there - you can grab it at any point throughout the night.

“The Final Final” post-wedding event - May 25th
Cafe Balearica - 44 Berry St, Brooklyn NY 11249
2pm onward
We will regather the troops the day after the wedding for a relaxed hang at one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. Come by to hang out, say your goodbyes, or keep celebrating with us. If city explorations are calling your name instead, we won’t hold it against you! But OF COURSE will be thrilled to see you if you are free to join us 🙂
The delicious and infamous L’Industrie Pizza will be providing pies, and for those needing some hair of the dog, a cash bar will be available as well.
Dress Code: Casual Chic (aka hungover, but make it fashion)
Gifts:
Your presence is truly the best and only gift we could ask for. However, if you still insist, there will be a card box at the wedding venue, or (if you still do insist!) a link to our honeymoon fund here
Please please do not hesitate to text us with any questions at all (seriously we’re not that busy we planned this really well)
